Rachel is one of Acrisure’s most trusted advisors thanks to her expertise in corporate operations and compliance. As Chief Operations Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Agency Partner VAST, Rachel has reimagined the way the company operates, digitizing processes and encouraging remote collaboration and client support.
Prior to working at VAST and Acrisure, Rachel worked as in-house counsel on the insurance carrier side, focusing on drafting insurance policies, the coverage appeal process, and pharmacy benefit manager contracts. Her experience also includes serving as both Corporate Counsel and Director of Administrative Services at Bell Memorial Hospital in Michigan, where she handled all aspects of the insurance process, including medical malpractice and general Human Resources legal issues.
She earned a BS in Management of Health and Fitness from Northern Michigan University and her JD from Michigan State University College of Law. She is a member of the Health Care Law Section of the Michigan Bar and member of the Marquette County Bar Association.
