She attributes her strong leadership and relationship skills to her time as a competitive runner and triathlete, balancing teamwork and individual excellence.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Brigitte joined Monarch in 2004, calling it one of the best personal and professional decisions of her life. When Monarch became an Acrisure Agency Partner in 2018, Brigitte proactively leveraged the network of agency resources and experts and collaborated to create innovative coverage plans to round out client accounts which contributed significant new revenue for the firm.
Brigitte has spent more than 25 years taking care of her clients’ insurance needs, her community, as well as her family and friends. In addition to being a leading producer in the Hawaii Commercial Property & Casualty Sector and the go-to resource for some of the state’s most successful real estate developers and large landowners, she is a fierce advocate of women in the workplace and encourages those around her to set goals, seek feedback, develop a love for learning and sharing of ideas.
