Amanda’s passion for bringing automation concepts and solutions to the Home Office functions of Acrisure is a fundamental part of her role as a leader. Marrying business operations and technology solutions together for more efficient, meaningful, and controlled outcomes motivates the strategic objectives she develops for her teams and influences how she collaborates with other Acrisure leaders.

As Acrisure’s Vice President of Finance and Treasurer, Amanda leads the Financial Planning & Analysis and Corporate Treasury teams. Amanda is also responsible for leading the company’s cross-functional “Tech-Enabled” Home Office Automation initiative that has already started to transform Acrisure’s ability to serve its Agency Partners. Automation gains in workflows like account reconciliations, general ledger postings, payments, and commission allocation have already generated over 1,500 hours a month in time savings. In 2021, the broader goal is to save over 4,500 hours per month by continuing to leverage more “Tech-Enabled” solutions.

Prior to her role at Acrisure, Amanda held Treasury leadership positions with both public and private multinational companies with revenue in excess of $10 billion. She has an MBA from Illinois Institute of Technology and a BBA from Grand Valley State University.

This month, we are profiling the women leaders of Acrisure who are helping the company become the world’s most “Tech-Enabled Broker” and leading distribution company. If you know of someone at Acrisure who you’d like to see featured, contact Communications@Acrisure.com
