The panel, Human + Artificial Intelligence: A Winning Blend, tackled how entrepreneurs can use artificial intelligence and human empathy to improve client experience and grow their businesses. Williams weighed in on Acrisure’s business model and success as a fintech industry leader.
“There is a place for AI and there’s a place for human relationships to coexist, make each other better or make both components better. And for us, that is the winning combination,” Greg said.
“What we’ve done is we basically have redeployed people to deal with this particular human interaction, the relationship with clients. And so, we’re taking the tedious work away from folks by taking out the things they don’t like to do anyway, letting them focus on things that have a higher value to our clients and that they enjoy doing as well.”
