Driving Operational Excellence with Emily Elliott
As Director of Operations for The Campbell Group, Emily is responsible for leading process improvement and employee onboarding and administering Epic for the agency. She is at the core of the business, asking questions, building relationships and advocating for her teammates.
In her 14 years with The Campbell Group, she has touched various part of the business, including: client services, human resources, marketing, project coordination, and now operations. Her rich history, passion for process and inherent curiosity make her a critical asset and the go-to person for new ideas and answers.
Emily grew up in Hastings, MI and lives there today with her husband and two sons. You can find them having fun on anything with a motor (quads, golf carts, motorcycles, boats)! Emily also enjoys putting her hands to work with anything DIY.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Business from Grand Valley State University, P&C Insurance License and CISR designation. [
