Ann has always been known as a leader. Since joining Acrisure Agency Partner Odell Studner Group 15 years ago, she’s applied the leadership skills and techniques she learned as an athlete and coach to the way she builds relationships and drives innovation. Her ability to motivate others, develop creative solutions and remove barriers has led her to be promoted to Chief Growth Officer where she’s responsible for supporting producers, bringing on new clients and growing the overall business.
Prior to her current role, Ann was Odell Studner’s Chief Integration Officer where she has been keenly innovative in integrating technology, ideas and processes across multiple functions including risk management consulting, mergers and acquisitions, carrier relationships and sales. She also has extensive experience with carriers to drive innovative carrier-based initiatives for Odell Studner and the Acrisure Agency Partner network at large. Historically, Ann has managed Odell Studner’s internship program to ensure interns gain visibility, education and insight into the many areas of insurance that Ann has been fortunate to impact over the years.
A graduate of Connecticut College, Ann earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics. She earned her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation from the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research and her Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI) designation from The Institutes. She holds her Pennsylvania Property & Casualty, Accident & Health, Life & Fixed Annuities and Variable Life & Variable Annuity Licenses.
