Susan Dempsey is a proven Fortune 500 Executive in Finance/Accounting, Human Resources and Supply Chain.
Currently serving as Vice President of Agency Accounting Operations at Acrisure, Sue manages a large team dedicated to delivering best-in-class accounting services to Acrisure’s network of Agency Partners. Since joining Acrisure in September 2019, Sue has brought her extensive knowledge of shared services operations in finance, supply chain and leadership to re-imagine the Agency Accounting function. Her ‘finance as a service’ mindset helps key stakeholders identify growth opportunities to cost efficiently sustain the unprecedented growth Acrisure has experienced.
Prior to Acrisure, Sue held various leadership positions at Kellogg Company, a $13 billion global company with over 30,000 employees. Sue’s leadership helped Kellogg earn recognition as a “Top 20 Most Admired Shared Services Organization” by SSON Analytics in 2017 and 2018.Sue is a Certified Public Accountant and has an MBA from the University of Houston and a BBA from Western Michigan University.
